When your collection needs to move…..
Whether it’s an entire exhibition or a single purchase to a client’s residence, we have the knowledge, experience and equipment to provide you with timely, economic and seamless transportation services. Our climate-controlled fleet ranges in size from sprinter vans to 24’ straight trucks. We can arrange for specialty equipment to meet your needs including, exclusive climate controlled cross-country shuttles, flatbed trucks and craning & rigging.
Storage & Collection Management
When the work isn’t on display…..
CAI can offer both short-term and long-term storage at our two state of the art facilities. Offering both non-climate and climate controlled storage gives our clients the flexibility their collections require. Private or custom-built storage areas can be provided upon request.

Our three warehouses totaling 49,000 sq ft include 35000 sq ft of climate and humidity-controlled storage. Our climate-controlled storage maintains American Museum temperature and Humidity standards (68-72 degrees and 48-52%)

CAI also offers non-climate storage for items that are not as sensitive to humidity fluctuations or where temperature change is not an issue.

Our Registration Team can provide the highest standard of
collection management services from condition reporting,
object and inventory management and custom
viewings for clients & collectors.
Viewing Room
Our viewing room provides on-site photography and/or condition reporting,
a private space for viewing a work with a
client, or inventory and cataloging projects.
This gallery like space offers a secure private room with white walls and gallery lighting, and can be rented by half or full days, a week or longer by special request.

Packing & Crating

CAI offers complete packing solutions for every need:
• Museum standard packing and crating
• Traveling and exhibit-style crating
• One-way crating and travel framing for shuttle or local delivery
• Oversized crating for large sculpture moves

All of our crates are made with current IPPC/phytosanitary compliant materials. Our
fabrication team has over 20 years experience in crating and custom fabrication. We
provide ongoing training in the newest methods to stay competitive in fine art transportation.

Special Projects & Rigging
CAI specializes in high end complex rigging for all your large sculpture installation and deinstallation needs. From site visits to special fabrication and craning needs, our team is experienced and certified to handle the toughest projects. Our rigging team is also
available to travel, bringing their expertise to you, both domestically and international.
Our team also travels for Art Fairs, including ABMB and satellite fairs, special private client installations and collection management projects that require us to be onsite.
